Crew and Scholarships

Concession

We aim to get as many people to Camp as possible, and so we have concession prices for those with low incomes or financial difficulties. We also have some scholarships available as detailed below, and anyone can apply. If you still feel like the cost of Camp will prohibit you attending, we strongly encourage you to contact our Registration Witch to discuss your situation.

**All Crew places and Scholarships have been allocated for 2019**

Crew prices

There are 10 Crew spaces available for campers willing to undertake specific tasks for around 30 minutes each day of camp. These tasks include cleaning, and fire tending, see FAQ for more details

$200 Scholarships

In 2019 we are offering ten scholarships worth $200 each. The recipients will be decided by the Collective based on criteria such as financial hardship, the tyranny of distance and involvement in your local Reclaiming Community.  Allocation of scholarships will be considered by 15th May 2019. Scholarship places may be available after this date depending on how many applications are received.  There will be no reciprocal expectation placed upon these scholarship recipients.

Thank you to everyone who bought raffle tickets or auction items last camp, and for those who tithed monies from Reclaiming core classes, workshops and personally. You are helping Witches come to camp!

To apply for a scholarship tick the box when you register and also email our Registration Witch at  and describe why you are applying for a scholarship.

Remember if you are experiencing financial difficulties that may prevent you from attending camp please do not hesitate to contact our Registration Witch and discuss accessibility to Camp.

Full Scholarships

ORGANISER SCHOLARSHIP

If you are an organiser from another Witch Camp please consider applying for the Organiser's scholarship. It is a full paid scholarship (excluding travel costs/airfares), and the recipient will be part of the organising team during camp. The intention of this scholarship is cross-pollination of organiser ideas and culture.

If you would like to take advantage of this organiser's scholarship, please email  with your details about what camp you are from and why you want to come to our camp. The Registration Witch will direct your registration from there. Earthsong asks that if you receive an organiser’s scholarship to come to camp that your home camp considers to play-it-forward and offer an organiser’s scholarship at your camp.

ACTIVIST  SCHOLARSHIP

Earthsong WitchCamp is offering a full Activist Scholarship for 2019. This Scholarship will be offered to someone active in their community who is involved in, but not limited to, the areas of indigenous, environment, LGBTI, local or national issues. The person selected would not have attended a WitchCamp previously and in exchange for their attendance would be prepared to offer an Optional Offering at camp to share their Activist work.

A letter of reference from your organisation or community is required to support your application.

WELLNESS WITCH SCHOLARSHIP

Earthsong is offering a scholarship for a witch whose skills extend to providing emotional and psychological support for campers. Ideally you will have medical, mental health, psychological counselling, crisis intervention training or equivalent experience. This is offered as a full scholarship as you will be on call throughout camp if required. The Wellness Witch will be supported by the Organising team

INDIGENOUS SCHOLARSHIP

EarthSong acknowledges the Custodians of the lands and waters where our camp is held and recognise their continuing responsibilities to care for country at this site. We express our gratitude in the sharing of this land, our sorrow for the personal, spiritual and cultural costs of that sharing and our hope that we may walk forward together in harmony and in the spirit of healing. To honour this, we offer a full Indigenous scholarship.
