Covid-19 & Cancellation Policy

We will be abiding by all Victorian State Guidelines relating to Covid-19 around the time that the gathering is held, and do our best to uphold known best practice guidelines.

In the event that that camp cannot go ahead in the current form due to Covid-19, a full refund minus some fixed costs will be offered. If there is a state lockdown, a full refund minus fixed costs will be offered.

If a participant cannot attend due to health/Covid-19 concerns, please notify us as soon as possible, so that we can provide the space to someone else, but a partial refund of everything except for our fixed costs will be offered.

We have backup plans for alternate forms of camp should a different size gathering, or a Victorian only-gathering be required, but registration would be opt-in only, not presumed, and full details will be provided as required.

We still advise that you purchase travel insurance, on the unlikely chance that floods or fires or the ‘rona may affect our access to the Camp venue at the last minute.

If you still feel like the cost of Camp will prohibit you attending, we strongly encourage you to contact our Registration Witch to discuss your situation.

$200 Scholarships

In 2021 we are offering 13 scholarships worth $200 each. The recipients will be decided by the Collective based on criteria such as financial hardship, the tyranny of distance and involvement in your local Reclaiming Community.

Thank you to everyone who bought raffle tickets or auction items last camp, and for those who tithed monies from Reclaiming core classes, workshops and personally. You are helping Witches come to camp!

To apply for a scholarship tick the box when you register and also email our Registration Witch at  and describe why you are applying for a scholarship.

Remember if you are experiencing financial difficulties that may prevent you from attending camp please do not hesitate to contact our Registration Witch and discuss accessibility to Camp.

Full Scholarships

Earthsong WitchCamp is offering a full Activist Scholarship for 2019. This Scholarship will be offered to someone active in their community who is involved in, but not limited to, the areas of indigenous, environment, LGBTI, local or national issues. The person selected would not have attended a WitchCamp previously and in exchange for their attendance would be prepared to offer an Optional Offering at camp to share their Activist work.

A letter of reference from your organisation or community is required to support your application.

Earthsong is offering a scholarship for a witch whose skills extend to providing emotional and psychological support for campers. Ideally you will have medical, mental health, psychological counselling, crisis intervention training or equivalent experience. This is offered as a full scholarship as you will be on call throughout camp if required. The Wellness Witch will be supported by the Organising team

EarthSong acknowledges the Custodians of the lands and waters where our camp is held and recognise their continuing responsibilities to care for country at this site. We express our gratitude in the sharing of this land, our sorrow for the personal, spiritual and cultural costs of that sharing and our hope that we may walk forward together in harmony and in the spirit of healing. To honour this, we offer a full Indigenous scholarship.
